Yes. Maxam is a double-entry engine — not a cashbook app. It produces Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance from primary source documents.
Does it handle Pakistani tax?
Tax is off by default for simplicity. You can switch on GST / Income Tax settings in configuration whenever your business is ready.
Can my accountant and my staff use it together?
Yes. Invite multiple users with role-based access so staff only see what they need. Accountants can pull reports and drill down into journals directly.
Is my data secure?
Industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Every change carries a full audit trail — you always know who changed what, and when.
Do I need an internet connection?
